No Photoshoots for children under the age of 13 even if in a Family Group Photoshoot. (No suggestive or provocative photoshoots!)

Youth ages 15 - 18 MUST have session booked by and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. (No suggestive or provocative photoshoots!)

Personal Grooming: Models are required to arrive with hair, makeup, and nails fully prepared before the scheduled session. Please note that post-production corrections for these elements are limited and considered a suggested enhancement rather than a guaranteed fix.
Stylist Requests: If a Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist (MUA), or Wardrobe Stylist is needed, please make this request at the time of deposit. Referrals can be provided upon request.
Creative Planning: Examples of desired poses, styles, and outfit ideas should be discussed and finalized before the photoshoot date. All involved parties should be informed in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient session.

Deposits: To secure your photoshoot date and service, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session cost is required at the time of booking.
Last-Minute Bookings: Photoshoots scheduled within one (1) week of the desired date will incur an additional $50 rush fee.
Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the session. Proof images for final selection will not be released until the balance is fully settled.
Travel Fees: For on-location shoots outside of the photography studio, a travel fee ranging from $50 to $300 will be applied, depending on distance.
Extended Time: Each package includes a set number of hours. Additional time will be charged at $50 per hour.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may result in session cancellation or a $50 late fee.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session by providing at least 3 days’ notice. A $75 rescheduling fee will be required to confirm the new date.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not available once edited images and revisions have been delivered to the client. At that point, the work is considered completed and the final product has been provided.

Turnaround Time: Edited images are typically completed within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the package selected and when the client submits their final proof selections.
Additional Edits: Extra image enhancements beyond the included package are available for $15 per image.
Background Changes: Each background change beyond those included in your package will incur a $25 fee per change.
Revisions: Clients are allowed two (2) revisions per image. Additional revisions are available at $10 per revision.
Proofs: Proof images are provided solely for selection purposes and may not be shared publicly on any platform, including social media or websites.

Studio Use: Use of the photography studio is included with every booking.
Full Photo Rights: Clients may purchase full photo rights, including access to all unedited images, for an additional $250 on top of the package price.

Print Options:
- 5x7 Prints – $6 each
- 8.5x11 Prints – $10 each
Delivery: Print delivery time depends on the shipping destination and method selected.
