Photoshoot Understanding
Photoshoot Preparation:
Models are required to have hair, nails, and makeup done before the shoot, as post-production corrections for these elements a suggested fix.
If a Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist (MUA), or Wardrobe Stylist is needed, please request one at the time of deposit, and referrals can be arranged.
Examples of desired photoshoot ideas and outfits should be known before the shoot date, and all involved parties should be informed to ensure a smooth process.
Photoshoot FAQ:
To secure your desired photoshoot date and service, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required 1 - 2 weeks before the scheduled session. Photoshoot services booked with-in 1 weeks time will have an additional $25 fee.
The Remaining Balance for the photoshoot must be settled on the day of the session; please note that images will not be provided without payment.
For those seeking Additional Enhancements, Individual Photo Edits are available at $15 each.
Background Changes come at a fee of $30 each, with one backdrop change included per look.
If the shoot location is beyond a standard range, a travel fee of $50 - $300 will be applied to deposit.
Package hours are predetermined; an additional $50/HR fee is applicable for additional time
A 30-minute tardiness to the photoshoot, without prior notice, will result in Cancellation or $50 late fee.
Following the photoshoot, it takes (1 - 8) weeks to finalize edits, depending on the selected package and when final selections are made.
Clients are allowed (2) revisions per image, with extra revisions incurring a $10 fee each.
Photo Prints in sizes (5 x 7) $6 and (8.5 x 11) $10 are available. Please note delivery time is based on where you would like prints to be delivered.
Important Notes:
Refunds are not available once edits and revisions have been sent to the client. At this stage, the work is considered completed, and the product has been delivered.
Proofs, provided to assist in the selection process, are not for public release. Please refrain from sharing proofs
Full photo rights, including all unedited images, can be acquired for an Additional $250 on top of the package price.
